The short version: your dashboard never leaves your browser, and we do not ask you for anything.

Your dashboard is not on our servers

The cities you pin, the labels you give them, the order you drag them into, your working hours and your 12-or-24-hour choice are stored in your own browser under a single localStorage key, wc:prefs:v1. We never receive it, we cannot read it, and there is no account attached to it. Pressing Reset to defaults on the home page deletes it outright.

The one cookie we set, and why

We set a single first-party cookie named wc. It is a rendering hint: it holds the list of city slugs on your board, your home time zone, and a small integer packing your display preferences, so the very first paint of the page already shows your own clocks instead of a generic default. It carries no identifier, no account, and none of your labels. Blocking or deleting it costs you nothing except that flash.

If you create an account (you do not need one for anything on this site), a standard Django session cookie and a CSRF token are also set, as they are on any login form anywhere.

Share links

A share link puts your city list and labels in the URL itself. That means anyone you send it to can read it — which is the point — and it also means that if you paste it somewhere public, the labels go with it. Nothing about a share link is stored on our side.

What our servers log

Ordinary web-server logs: the page requested, the time, the status code, the browser's user-agent string and the IP address the request came from. These are what let us notice that something is broken. We do not build profiles from them and we do not sell them.

We do not run any analytics product that follows you between sites, and there are no third-party trackers, fonts or scripts on these pages — every stylesheet, script and font is served from this domain, so no other company learns that you visited.

Location

We never ask for GPS location. Your time zone is read from your browser's own settings using the standard Intl API, which happens entirely on your device and is not transmitted to us, except as the zone name inside the rendering-hint cookie described above if you have one.

If you contact us

The contact form collects the email address and message you type into it, so that we can reply. That is stored on our server until the conversation is finished, and it is used for nothing else.

Advertising

There are no ads on the site today. If a display-ad unit is ever added it will be disclosed here, with the provider named, before it goes live — and it will never appear on the meeting planner.

Your rights

Because we hold essentially nothing about you, most data-subject requests are answered by your own browser: clear this site's data and every trace of your use of it is gone. If you have an account or have written to us and want that deleted, ask and we will do it.
