Time zones and abbreviations

People type abbreviations the way they type city names, so each one gets a page with a live clock. The ambiguous ones — IST means three different things 4½ hours apart, CST means three things 14 hours apart — say so at the top instead of quietly picking one.

Including the awkward ones: Arizona does not change its clocks, Indiana only started in 2006, and five states are cut in half by a zone boundary.
